Reddit Volume Checker

Check subreddit post volume, search keywords, or scan a brand to see if it is already active on Reddit

Frequently Asked Questions

This tool helps you analyze Reddit activity in three ways: (1) Check how many posts a subreddit receives over a given time period, (2) Search for keywords across Reddit to see how often they are discussed and in which subreddits, and (3) Scan a brand to see whether it already has a Reddit presence.

Enter a brand name (and optionally its domain) and the tool scans the past 12 months of Reddit posts for mentions. It reports total mention volume, recent activity, which subreddits the brand appears in, whether a dedicated subreddit exists, and which accounts post about the brand repeatedly — a strong signal that the brand is already running Reddit operations.

For subreddit volume, we fetch actual posts from Reddit's API and count those within your selected time range (past week or month). For keyword searches, Reddit's API caps results at 100 posts, so high-volume keywords may show partial results.

You can check activity for the past week (7 days) or past month (30 days). The tool shows the exact date range being analyzed along with average posts per day.

Yes! When using keyword search mode, you can optionally specify a subreddit to filter results. Leave the subreddit field empty to search across all of Reddit.

Understanding Reddit activity helps you identify active communities for your niche, find trending topics, gauge interest in specific keywords, and discover the best subreddits to engage with your target audience.

The tool fetches live data from Reddit's API each time you search. Results reflect the current state of Reddit at the time of your query.
